Breaking News: New York Giants Closing in on Deal for Braylon Edwards

Current Cleveland Browns wide receiver Braylon Edwards is extremely close to becoming a New York Giant.

Both sides are hoping to mend their differences and come to an agreement before the NFL Draft on April 25 and 26.

Cleveland reportedly asked the Giants for a second and fifth round pick in this years draft along with up and coming wide receiver Steve Smith.

However the Giants rejected the trade not wanting to give up Smith and countered with two draft picks, most likely the original two, throwing in Domenik Hixon instead of Smith.
