After years and years of putting up with Daniel Cabrera, Sidney Ponson, and numerous other ineffective starting pitchers, it appears the Orioles have finally evolved. They brought in veteran arms to bolster the rotation, and less than two months into the season both Mark Hendrickson and Adam Eaton have been removed from the rotation, Eaton from the team altogether.
Everyone knew both guys weren't long-term solutions, or even short-term really, but kudos to the organization for cutting ties with Eaton after several less-than-stellar outings.
Also credit them for knowing where Hendrickson really belongs (the bullpen) and making the move. It appears the next move will be call...
