Blue Jays-Rangers: Adam Lind’s Two Homers Lead Toronto to 6-3 Victory

The Toronto Blue Jays came into Arlington, Texas sporting a 7-14 record since 2004, but Adam Lind made sure that they would improve on that record with the first two-homer game of his career.

Vernon Wells started it off in the second inning when he led off with a walk, bringing up Lind. Lind then proceeded to crush the ball over the fence when Scott Feldman hung a breaking pitch.

The same situation played out in the fourth inning when Vernon Wells once again led off with a walk. Again, Lind crushed a ball over the center field fence for his second of the game and 11th of the season, both personal bests.
