For many years, the Cincinnati Reds lacked the overall talent to compete, which is obviously a problem.  But now the Reds have a new problem: What do they do with the surplus of talent they have?

Edwin Encarnacion is currently on the DL with a wrist injury.  He is still a young player with tons of upside.  But what will the Reds do when he comes back?

Adam Rosales was tearing up AAA pitching when he was called up.  After starting off hot, Rosales cooled off, but is now heating up again.

Jerry Hairston Jr is a super utility player that is starting to find his stroke.

Laynce Nix is hot and showing the ability that made him a top prospect not that long ago.
