That's one message that St. Louis Cardinal outfielder Ryan Ludwick is trying to teach baseball fans everywhere in 2009.
After the 30-year-old outfielder came out of the abyss of minor league baseball to make the All-Star game last season and take the baseball world by storm, there was reason to wonder if he could put on a repeat performance.
But early season results are showing no reason why Ludwick isn't actually a top-notch talent who has finally been given the ability to stay healthy. As a former highly related prospect, his numbers in 2009 speak to the skill that Ludwick has always had.
