Part 9 in my Top 10...Since 1980 series was the most difficult hands down, and you can understand why.
It was hard enough to whittle the list down to a top 20, let alone a top ten. Once I picked my top ten, ranking them was just as difficult.
Where do I put the steroid users? While I have tried to do these lists from a strictly production stand point and ignore things like steroids, it is not always easy (see Cal Ripken over Alex Rodriguez at shortstop).
In the end, I still don't know that I got it right, and I look forward to your analysis of the rankings.
As always the two stipulations were that only stats and accolades from 1980-Now were considered, and players must have 1,000 career games played to qualify.
