Big Baby Has Become the Boston Celtics’ Top Offseason Priority

The best thing to happen as a result of the Kevin Garnett and Leon Powe injuries for the 2009 Celtics was the emergence of second year player Glen "Big Baby" Davis.

Davis was able to start many games during the regular season and started in the playoffs as well. He averaged career numbers in ppg as well as having solid rebounding numbers.

As a second round pick in the 2008 NBA Draft, Davis was considered undersized and overweight, and with the emergence of fellow teammate Leon Powe and the late season signing of PJ Brown, Davis saw little time in the 2008 playoffs.

But with Powe and Garnett sidelined due to leg injuries, Big Baby had to play well for the Celtics to be successfull.
