The NBA Finals this season was supposed to be a battle between Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. The two best players in the world, along with the two best teams going head to head.
It would have been a great series and may have been talked about for years to come, much like the epic battles between Larry Bird and Magic Johnson are talked about today, but Dwight Howard and the mismatch of the Orlando Magic had something to say about that.
The Cavaliers couldn’t stop Dwight Howard or the perimeter shooters of the Magic, so Cleveland once again fell short of being the top team in the NBA.
