The 2009 NBA Draft is only 17 days away, and the future of the league has already completed the annual offseason scouting combine.

The Chicago Bulls capped off an incredible mid-season turnaround by taking the defending champion Boston Celtics to a seven-game series, one of the most thrilling and exciting in NBA history.

Building blocks like Derrick Rose, Tyrus Thomas, Joakim Noah, and John Salmons will be key to the Chicago Bulls' 2009 draft plans.
