Could Shaq Be Heading to the Cleveland Cavaliers?

The rumors of Shaq being sent to Cleveland were loud back in February, but they seem to be on both the Cavs and Suns radars in June. The Arizona Republic reports the deal in principal would send O’Neal to Cleveland for Ben Wallace(who is thinking about retirement), and the expiring contract of Sasha Pavlovic.
Should the deal go through, the Suns could potentially save almost $10 Million dollars in salary cap money.
