Heat-Hawks Recap: Miami Remains on Fire

As is typical with Heat victories, Dwyane Wade was the story Saturday night as the Miami Heat beat the Atlanta Hawks in Game Three of their first-round Eastern Conference Playoffs matchup to take a two-games-to-one lead.

He hit his usual shots, continued to make the three-point line look like the free-throw stripe, and then added four blocks on top of his great shooting.

But "Flash" usually dominates; only the tremendous long-range accuracy was at all an aberration.

What was truly surprising in this pivotal contest was the continued production from Miami center Jermaine O'Neal. He has rebounded from only having five shots in the Heat's first Playoff game to have two stellar performances back-to-back.
