Heading into the 2009 NBA Draft, the general manager of the New York Knicks, Donnie Walsh, has many options.

There are many possible trades that can happen and there is also the chance of Walsh just keeping the eighth pick and selecting the best player that is still available on the board.

Here are three options that Donnie Walsh can do for the Knicks on draft day.

 

1. Stay Put and Draft Stephen Curry

There is a lot of hype and media going around involving Davidson guard Stephen Curry coming to the Knicks.

This is a very solid option for New York because a player like Curry would fit well in the type of system that Coach Mike D'Antoni likes to run.
