Spanish Guard Ricky Rubio Declares for NBA Draft

Spanish guard Ricky Rubio has declared himself for this year's NBA draft.
"Ricky will be in the 2009 draft," agent Dan Fegan said.
Rubio has been called the next coming of Steve Nash or Jason Kidd and is expected to go in the top two of this year's draft.
Rubio currently is the starting point guard for DKV Joventut in Spain.
He has been a starter in the best league in Europe since age 16.
While some scouts have said that he needs to work on his jump shot, the consensus seems to be that Rubio has a chance to be special.
