TAB’s 2009 NBA Mock Draft Ver. 2.0

We'll start my mock draft with two jokes:
A) Tim Floyd was served with a legal notice this afternoon... but not from the NCAA or USC. It was from Donald Sterling!?! Apparently the Clippers have a copyright on being quitters in Southern California, and Floyd had the nerve to infringe on their territory.
B) The mayor of Detroit recently wrote a book on finance. When the first draft arrived at the publisher, the editors were all perplexed. The book contained only Chapters 7 & 11.
