What Should the NBA Do About the One and Done Rule?

After establishing that there would be no more athletes transferring straight from high school to the NBA, basketball analysts have now entertained the possibility of making players stay in college for a minimum of two to three years before they can actually declare themselves eligible for the NBA draft.
