Best Current Quarterback Rankings (Nos. 35-31)

Continuing down our list, 35-31, with the exception of Kerry Collins, none of these guys has a lot of starts. All four except Collins could be in the + with one good year. So there is still hope for them. Collins on the other hand would have to win six more games than expected to just break the average mark. Up to this point, however, all five of these guys have fallen short of average. But I doubt many would be surprised with the currant placement of this group.

In my opinion, everyone in this group has something to prove this year. Even Huard might get a chance to improve his play this year. Right now, they are all teetering on backup status. If I had to pick one guy from this list with the best chance to improve on his ra...
