Living near Cleveland, you can imagine what the collective feeling is around here. Disappointment, frustration, emptiness. Another year between championships for one of the better sports’ cities in America.
So much for all of those great Kobe-LeBron puppet commercials. Maybe they can make a few with Dwight Howard.
Lakers and Magic start this week. So who ya got? I am taking the Lakers in six. The three-point shooting of the Magic will keep the games close—if they are making shots—but the Lakers are more talented across the board. And they have the best closer in the NBA in Bryant.
