Fantasy Football: A Plan For Drafting Running Backs In 2009

There is no question that the running back position is a vital one on your fantasy football team.

They provide the meat of your points, and typically remain the most consistent and productive position from year to year.

That said, it is essential to know exactly when to take you backs through the course of the draft.  Ironically, I am here to address that very same issue.

Now everyone knows, or rather thinks that the first round is a "Running Back round".  Not true.
