In the 2008 NFL season, the Dallas Cowboys offense digressed each week. By the final game, a 44-6 road loss to Philadelphia, it seemed offensive coordinator Jason Garrett was grasping at straws. Even when the Cowboys made a few positive plays, a turnover followed. Terrell Owens demanding that Tony Romo throw the ball his way was the source for some of the offensive confusion, but Garrett should take some of the blame as well. If the Cowboys want to regain their scoring swagger, they must re-establish their basics. Here are the five play types that will define the Dallas offense this season....
