Now that the NFL draft is over and mini-camps have begun, it’s only a matter of time before the start of the NFL’s most beloved summer tradition: Whining about the preseason.
“It’s too long,” say fans who just watched a six hour pregame show for the NFL draft in its entirety.
“The stars never play. These are all players of whom we’ve never heard,” say people who studied the Southern Illinois defensive backs.
“Our favorite players might get hurt,” say folks who just complained that the stars never play. ...
