Tennessee Titans: Rutgers Receiver to the Rescue

Over the past couple of years, the Tennessee Titans have been criticized for their first round picks in the NFL draft. Every year the fans scream "receiver, receiver" and every year they are disappointed only to have the team draft a WR in the third or fourth round.

Last year, the Titans were booed by many for their Chris Johnson pick only to have him fight for Rookie of the Year honors. Though the award actually went to Matt Ryan, many people still argue that Chris Johnson should have had it.
