The Minnesota Vikings filled several positions of need on draft day, but not the most glaring position: quarterback. Obviously, that is there most glaring need right now.

First, I am going to look at their other positions of need. Those positions are linebacker, defensive back, and offensive line.

They drafted Phil Loadholt in the second round, who is going to battle for the starting spot at right tackle.

In the third round, they drafted Asher Allen, a 5-foot-9, 194-pound cornerback from Georgia, who will be a student to Antoine Winfield.

Then in the fifth round, they drafted linebacker Jasper Brinkley out of South Carolina.
