Boston Bruins—New York Rangers: Potential “Match From Hell”

Sports Illustrated has dubbed the potential second round NHL playoff series between the New York Rangers and the Boston Bruins the "match from hell." The Rangers are one win away from upsetting the Washington Capitals in the first round of the playoffs and the Bruins are waiting for them.

Brian Cazeneuve, writing for SI.com, said, "Should the Rangers advance to face the Bruins in the next round, New York's uberpest Sean Avery may meet his match in second-year Bruin Milan Lucic."

The Washington Capitals would have to win all three or the remaining games against the Rangers to win the series. Alex Ovechkin has one goal on an incredible number of shots and Henrik Lundqvist has been red hot in net for the Rangers.
