The "Crosby Show" has had it a little rough in this final series. Whatever the results on Friday, I would like to pay homage to one of this era's brightest hockey stars - Syd The kid.
I have been told that if Crosby were to hoist the cup this friday, he would be somewhat younger than Wayne Gretzky when he won his first cup. If Crosby comes out on the losing end of game seven, it will be the second year in a row that he has lost in the final.
His quote in the tv commercial "Man, I don't ever want to be in this picture again" about last year's loss, almost came true Tuesday night. Can he slay the mighty Red Wing Dragon? Tune in Friday night. ...
