Drury-Less Rangers Take Game 1 From Ovechkin And Capitals

The New York Rangers did something not many people thought they would do.  Firstly, not many people out there thought the Rangers would win playoff opener against the Washington Capitals, they did just that.

Secondly, if the Rangers were going to win, it had to be in front of a stellar performance by Henrik Lundqvist keeping the score low.

While Lundqvist was spectacular, he stopped 32 of 35 en route to earning the win, New York didn't necessarily win because of him.  The Blueshirts went out and scored some goals.

They also didn't keep Alexander Ovechkin out of the game.  While Ovie was held to zero goals, he did chip in two assists.
