Ducks-Red Wings: Controversy in Anaheim!

Will the controversial goal in Anaheim do in the defending Stanley Cup Champions? The Detroit Red Wings are now only two losses away from elimination.

Aided by this controversial whistle and some stellar goaltending from Jonas Hiller, the Anaheim Ducks held on for a huge 2-1 win to take a 2-1 lead in the Western Conference semifinal series.

Proving to be this year’s Cinderella team, Anaheim, who captured the last playoff spot, has shocked the hockey world in the opening round by beating the first seeded San Jose Sharks and now are proving to be a handful for the Wings.

Scoring for the Ducks were a couple of key veterans, Teemu Selanne and Scott Niedermayer, who both played big roles...
