The San Jose Sharks, who finished the regular season with the league's best record, have lost consecutive home games for the first time since March 3-5. Those games meant little to the Western Conference playoff picture; these two could have spelled the end for the sinking Sharks.
Anaheim now returns to southern California looking to put away the top seed and eye the winner of the Chicago-Calgary series.
