In his column titled The Heat Index, he predicts it's going to get "Coyote Ugly".
It's an allusion to the movie called Coyote Ugly, a romantic comedy/drama based on the Coyote Ugly Saloon, an American drinking establishment and the namesake of a national chain of bars. The movie was popular about nine years ago.
