Patrick Roy: Ready to Create an Avalanche in Colorado

There is a chance that a very familiar face just might be joining the Colorado Avalanche front office this coming season.

Former Hall Of Fame goaltender Patrick Roy, who after coming over from the Montreal Canadiens backstopped the Colorado Avalanche to two Stanley Cups (1996, 2001), is rumored to be a strong candidate to join the management team.

Recently, team president Pierre Lacroix, who last month fired general manager Francois Giguere, promised a major shakeup would be made with the team before next training camp.
