Sean Avery’s New Restaurant Upstages Phoenix Coyotes Rally

The opening of Sean Avery's new restaurant in Manhattan got more media attention than the rally to save the Phoenix Coyotes at the Native New Yorker restaurant in Arizona.

The rally in Phoenix attracted 200 Coyotes fans, many of them transplanted Canadians, and more media from Canada than the USA.

The Coyotes' owner declared bankruptcy and Canadian billionaire Jim Balsillie, of BlackBerry fame, is making a bid to buy the franchise to move the team to Canada, but the NHL is disputing the bankruptcy and trying to block Balsillie's move.
