Unsung Heroes: Grinders Get It Done

In a series billed as the second coming of Bird vs Magic—featuring the three-headed monster.  Game four was decided by unsung heroes.  Third and fourth line players scored five of the eight goals.
     
For the Penguins it was Talbot and Fedontenko scoring on odd man breaks.  It was Eaton stripping Ovechkin in a one-on-one situation.  Satan was the one setting up Crosby for an easy goal.  Rob Scuderi let the team in minutes and was a plus three—and rightfully, earning the second star of the game.
    
These are the type of gritty games a team has to win in the playoffs—let's hope it can be repeated in back-to-back days.
